### Installation ### **Installation Procedure** - First install our Ioweb Base extension - Upload and extract the zip file in your Magento 2 root folder installation. - Require all dependencies using composer from app/code/Ioweb/SkroutzfeedVariations/composer.json to your project directory's composer.json Finally, require the following dependencies in at least those versions ```php "require": { "php": "~5.5.0|~5.6.0|~7.0.0|~8.0.0|~8.1.0|~8.2.0", "ioweb/base": "2.4.6", "symfony/serializer": "*", "symfony/property-access": "*", "magento/magento-composer-installer": "*" }, ``` - Execute `php bin/magento setup:upgrade` - Execute `php bin/magento setup:di:compile` - Clear all caches - If you are logged in at your admin panel, log out and log in again to refresh ACL - Confirm module is installed by going to Stores -> Configration -> IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES -> Skroutz Feed - To disable the module execute `php bin/magento module:disable Ioweb_Skroutzfeed **Configuration** Please read the User Guide for info about configuration options

### Troubleshooting - Make sure you set php's max_execution_time accordingly. - Make sure you have set php's memory_limit to at least 1G

### FAQ ##### - How to find my installation id You can find your installation id in the module's configuration page under support section. ##### - Why do I need my installation id? All support is given based on your installation id. Without this we cannot verify your purchase and thus you lose your right to technical support. ##### - What if I cannot find my installation id? In this case please provide us with admin credentials on your ticket so we can see your installation id. ##### - What if I don't have SSH access on my account? In this case you will have to ask your hosting provider to enable it for you and provide us the credentials ##### - What if my site is in production mode and I dont' want to provide access to it. In this case you will have to set up a staging site which is an exact clone of the normal website. You can delete sensitive info from it if you want. We actually always request that you create a backup of your website or create a staging site for us in order to give you support. It's the recoommended way to minimize downtime. You should never install any extension directly on the production site before testing on a staging site first. ##### - I've downloaded a free module. Am I eligible for technical support? Free modules are provided as is without any guarantee that they will work on your system. You can contact our support team but we might not be able to provide any assistance in some cases without additional costs. #### I'm using a third party cash on delivery module to add an extra fee. How to integrate Unfortunately we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third party extension however our module is quite flexible. You can integrate them in two ways. - Override the template to add your own code to collect the totals `app/code/Ioweb/Skroutzfeed/view/frontend/templates/order/analytics.phtml` - Use a plugin to adjust the totals. You can find an example in the following files `app/code/Ioweb/Skroutzfeed/etc/di.xml` `app/code/Ioweb/Skroutzfeed/Plugin/AnalyticsAdjustments.php` #### Skroutz analytics script is not included We have added options to include the skroutz analytics script in the checkout success page in an efficient GDPR friendly way depending on the configured options in the backend. However we don't include it by default in all pages because every shop functions differently regarding GDPR. It's recommended to add the module in the other pages using your GDPR module or using the Magento 2 guide https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/design/html-head.html According to Skroutz.gr as of 11/06/2021 you are not required to gather consent for the skroutz analytics script because the user already gives consent on the skroutz.gr page.
