1. General

This IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES PC Software (from now on “Item”) or a portion of it is a copyrightable matter and is liable to protection by the law. IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES PC is the copyright holder of it and enjoys all the legal rights.

2. Granted Rights and Prohibitions

This License Agreement (from now on “Agreement”) gives you the right to use only one copy of the Item on one installation solely for your personal or business use. You do not acquire ownership or any other similar right.

You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or product or website.

You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for free. The End Product is a work that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.

You can create one End Product for a client and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.

You can sell the End Product only to one client.

You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it.

You may not redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template or with source files.

You may not use the Item in any application allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application. You can use the Item in this way only if you purchase a separate license for each final product incorporating the Item that is created using the application.

Although you can modify the Item and therefore delete unwanted components before creating you single End Product, you cannot extract and use a single component of the Item on stand-alone basis.

You may not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.

You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Item or Documentation to anyone. You may not place the Item on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.

3. Breach of Terms and Conditions

If you fail to use the Item in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the Item is revoked.

In case of breach of any of the aforementioned terms and conditions, you have to compensate us for any damage, including any legal costs and lawyers’ fees.

We reserve the right to contact the owner of a website that is not licensed to use our software directly.

4. Termination

IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES PC reserves the right to revoke the license of any user who is holding an invalid license.

You may terminate the Αgreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Item.

5. Liability

IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES PC will not be liable to you or to others for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving or incidental or consequential) caused to you or others, your or their information and your or their business arising out of the use or inability to use this Item.

IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES PC is not liable for prosecution arising from use of the Item against the law or for any illegal use.

6. Right of Withdrawalal

If you wish to withdraw from this agreement you have to do so before the performance of this agreement begins. You consent that, after the link which allows you to download the Item becomes accessible to you, you lose your right of withdrawal. Your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal have to be made known to us in the form of an email.

7. Governing Law - Dispute Resolution

You agree that all matters relating to this Αgreement including all disputes, will be governed by the Greek Law and the Courts of Athens, Greece will have territorial jurisdiction.

8. Modification of the Agreement

IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES PC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use and impose its clauses at any given time.

9. Miscellaneous

You are bound to preserve the copyright information intact. This includes any text or link.

The invalidity of any of the aforementioned terms and conditions does not render the Agreement void.

In case of new software version, you will need a new license.
