Speedex για Magento 2
Το Speedex για Magento 2 είναι επέκταση για Magento 2 που βοηθά την ομάδα διαχείρισης παραγγελιών να οργανώνει τις αποστολές με Speedex μέσα από το Magento Admin. Αντί για χειροκίνητη μεταφορά στοιχείων σε εξωτερικά συστήματα, ο διαχειριστής μπορεί να δημιουργεί Speedex vouchers/BOL, να συνδέει το voucher με την παραγγελία, να προσθέτει tracking number στο shipment και να διαχειρίζεται τα PDF vouchers από ένα κεντρικό σημείο.
Η επέκταση είναι χρήσιμη για e-shop που αποστέλλουν καθημερινά παραγγελίες με Speedex και θέλουν να μειώσουν τον χρόνο καταχώρησης, τα λάθη στα στοιχεία παραλήπτη και την ανάγκη εναλλαγής ανάμεσα σε πολλά εργαλεία. Η ροή παραμένει μέσα στο Magento, ώστε η ομάδα να βλέπει την παραγγελία, το shipment, το tracking και το Speedex BOL στην ίδια διαχειριστική διαδικασία.
Μετά τη ρύθμιση των στοιχείων Speedex API, ο διαχειριστής μπορεί να ανοίξει μια παραγγελία και να χρησιμοποιήσει την ενέργεια Ship with Speedex. Το module προετοιμάζει τη φόρμα voucher με στοιχεία από την παραγγελία, όπως παραλήπτη, διεύθυνση, τηλέφωνο, ταχυδρομικό κώδικα, βάρος και αντικαταβολή όπου εφαρμόζεται. Πριν την υποβολή, ο διαχειριστής μπορεί να ελέγξει ή να προσαρμόσει τα στοιχεία.
Με την επιτυχημένη δημιουργία voucher, το module αποθηκεύει το BOL στο Magento, προσθέτει το Speedex tracking number στο shipment και δίνει πρόσβαση σε ενέργειες όπως λήψη PDF voucher, ανάκτηση PDF όταν δεν υπάρχει αποθηκευμένο αρχείο, ακύρωση ενεργού BOL και άνοιγμα της σχετικής παραγγελίας.
Το module διαθέτει ξεχωριστές ρυθμίσεις για sandbox και production στοιχεία σύνδεσης, ώστε να μπορεί να γίνει δοκιμή πριν τη χρήση σε πραγματικές αποστολές. Υπάρχουν επίσης ρυθμίσεις για αυτόματη δημιουργία shipment, επιλογή μεθόδων αντικαταβολής, default τιμές BOL, χρήση βάρους παραγγελίας ή fallback βάρους, καθώς και επιλογή μορφής PDF voucher όπως A4, A5, 10x21cm ή A6.
Το Speedex για Magento 2 απευθύνεται σε Magento 2 καταστήματα που χρησιμοποιούν Speedex ως βασικό ή σημαντικό courier συνεργάτη και χρειάζονται πιο γρήγορη διαχείριση vouchers, tracking και PDF αποστολών. Είναι ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμο όταν η ομάδα διαχείρισης παραγγελιών θέλει να δουλεύει κυρίως μέσα από το Magento Admin και να περιορίσει τα εξωτερικά βήματα.
Η σωστή λειτουργία προϋποθέτει ενεργά στοιχεία Speedex API, σωστές ρυθμίσεις agreement/customer ID και έλεγχο σε sandbox πριν την παραγωγική χρήση. Οι ρυθμίσεις αντικαταβολής, βάρους, time limits και paper type πρέπει να συμφωνούν με τη διαδικασία αποστολών του καταστήματος και τις οδηγίες του courier.

USER GUIDE – IOWEB Speedex
Overview
Ioweb_Speedex connects Magento 2 with Speedex so store admins can create, store, track, download, and cancel Speedex shipment vouchers/BOLs from Magento Admin.

Sandbox mode for testing or Production mode for live use.Main Configuration – General
Enable: turns the Speedex integration on or off.Mode: selects which credential set is used: sandbox or production.Only the credential fields for the selected mode are used during API calls. Start with sandbox mode, create a test session/BOL, and switch to production only after the workflow is verified.
Order Settings
Auto Ship Orders: allows the module to create or reuse a Magento shipment when a Speedex voucher is created.Cash On Delivery Methods: payment methods treated as COD for Speedex voucher data.The Ship with Speedex button is available only when the module is enabled, auto-shipping is enabled, and the order does not already have an active Speedex BOL. If the order already has a shipment, the module reuses the first existing shipment. If no shipment exists and the order can be shipped, the module creates one.
BOL Settings

Order Page – Ship with Speedex
The order button opens the BOL creation form for the order. It appears when Speedex is enabled, auto-shipping is enabled, and the order has no active Speedex BOL.
BOL Creation Form
The form is prefilled from the order and Speedex configuration. Admins can review or adjust values before submitting.
Order Increment ID: Magento order number, read-only.Package Count: number of packages; default is 1.Customer Flag: defaulted from configuration.Branch Bank Code: optional operational field when required.Customer Reference 1: optional reference text.Recipient Address, Recipient Country, Recipient Name, Recipient Phone, Recipient Zip Code: recipient data from the order.Security Value: defaulted from configuration.Voucher Weight: order weight or configured fallback weight.Required fields include package count, customer flag, recipient address, country, name, phone, postcode, security value, and voucher weight. Voucher weight must be greater than zero.
After submission, Magento creates or reuses a shipment, sends voucher data to Speedex, saves returned BOL records, retrieves PDF data when available, adds tracking numbers to the shipment, and sends the shipment notification.
Order Speedex BOLs Grid
The order view includes a Speedex BOL grid filtered to the current order. It shows voucher code, recipient details, COD amount, voucher weight, status, order increment ID, dates, PDF action, and row actions.
Speedex BOL Management Grid
The global BOL grid is available under Sales -> Speedex BOL Management. It lets admins review all BOL records, filter/search records, retrieve PDFs, download PDFs, cancel active BOLs, and open the related Magento order.
BOL Actions
Cancel BOL: sends a cancellation request to Speedex and removes the related tracking number from the Magento shipment when possible.Get BOL PDF: requests and saves the voucher PDF when it is not already stored.Download BOL PDF: downloads the saved voucher PDF.View Order: opens the related Magento order.BOL Record Edit Form
The edit form displays stored BOL data such as customer flag, comments/reference fields, package count, paycode flag, COD amount, recipient details, Saturday delivery flag, security value, sender/customer IDs, time limit, voucher code, voucher weight, PDF file, extra JSON data, order ID, and order increment ID.
Use this form mainly for reviewing saved voucher data. Editing a local Magento record does not necessarily change an already-created Speedex voucher.
