1. General<\/h2>

This software provided by IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cSoftware\u201d or \u201cItem\u201d), including any portion thereof, constitutes intellectual property protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.<\/p>

IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in and to the Software.<\/p>

This Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAgreement\u201d) does not transfer ownership of the Software. It grants only a limited license to use the Software subject to the terms set forth herein.<\/p>

2. Grant of License<\/h1>

IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license<\/strong> to install and use one copy of the Software on a single installation solely for your personal or business use.<\/p>

This license permits the creation of one (1) End Product<\/strong>.<\/p>

An End Product<\/strong> is a work that incorporates the Software together with other elements so that the resulting work is larger in scope and different in nature from the Software itself.<\/p>

The End Product may be distributed free of charge.<\/p>

You may create one End Product for a single client and transfer that End Product to that client for any fee.<\/p>

Upon transfer, the license for that specific End Product is transferred to the client.<\/p>

3. Restrictions<\/h1>

You may not:<\/p>

  • use any part of the Software code, in whole or in part, in any other software, product, or website<\/p><\/li>

  • sell or distribute the End Product to more than one client<\/p><\/li>

  • redistribute the Software as a standalone product, stock item, template, or tool, or with source files<\/p><\/li>

  • extract or use individual components of the Software on a standalone basis<\/p><\/li>

  • allow end users of the End Product to extract or use the Software separately<\/p><\/li>

  • sell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise distribute any portion of the Software<\/p><\/li>

  • host or place the Software on a server where it is accessible to the public for distribution purposes<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    The Software may not be used in applications that allow end users to create or customize products on demand (such as product builders, on-demand services, or made-to-order applications<\/strong>) unless a separate license is obtained for each final product created using such application.<\/p>

    4. Modification<\/h1>

    You may modify or adapt the Software and combine it with other works to create derivative works.<\/p>

    However, the Software, whether modified or not, may not be redistributed or used as a standalone component.<\/p>

    5. Breach of Agreement<\/h1>

    Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement constitutes a breach of the license.<\/p>

    In the event of a breach:<\/p>

    • the license granted under this Agreement shall be immediately revoked<\/p><\/li>

    • you shall be liable for any damages incurred by IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES, including legal fees and litigation costs<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      6. Termination<\/h1>

      IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to revoke the license of any user found to be holding or using an invalid license.<\/p>

      You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possession.<\/p>

      7. Limitation of Liability<\/h1>

      IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:<\/p>

      • loss of profits<\/p><\/li>

      • loss of data<\/p><\/li>

      • business interruption<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.<\/p>

        IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from unlawful use of the Software.<\/p>

        8. Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>

        You may exercise your right of withdrawal only before the performance of this Agreement begins.<\/p>

        By downloading the Software after receiving the email containing the download link, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate execution of the contract and waive your right of withdrawal.<\/p>

        Any request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated via email.<\/p>

        9. Governing Law<\/h1>

        This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki, Greece<\/strong>.<\/p>

        10. Modification of the Agreement<\/h1>

        IOWEB TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to modify these terms for future purchases or future versions of the Software<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Such modifications shall not affect licenses that have already been granted.<\/p>

        11. Miscellaneous<\/h1>

        You are required to preserve all copyright notices and intellectual property markings included in the Software.<\/p>

        If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/p>
